We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our people strategy and ensure a thriving, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage performance review cycles and support career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification desirable).
- 8-10 years’ HR experience, including management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₦550,000.00 - ₦700,000.00 per month
