RESPONSIBILITY:
- Clerical Duties:
Handle filing, typing, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
- Correspondence Management:
Draft, receive, and respond to emails, letters, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Scheduling:
Arrange appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management and staff.
- Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation for the office.
- Visitor & Client Reception:
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and vendors, directing them appropriately.
- Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to type quickly and accurately; familiarity with office equipment (printer, scanner, copier).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English; ability to communicate politely and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Presentable appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
