Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in HR functions.
- A fresh corps member (NYSC) currently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee records management and HR documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
