Job Summary
We are in need of Medical Laboratory Scientists who can analyze medical samples to aid in disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. You must be able to perform tests on blood, tissues, and other body fluids, using sophisticated equipment and techniques.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing samples of body tissue, fluids, and other specimens using a variety of laboratory techniques.
- Conducting diagnostic tests to detect diseases, monitor treatment effectiveness, and identify abnormalities.
- Interpreting test results and communicating findings to medical practitioners to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results by maintaining quality control standards.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including specialized instruments and diagnostic software. Working as part of a healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or a related field (such as biomedical science or medical science).
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including microscopy, sample preparation, and various analytical methods.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, diagnostic software, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate test results and findings to other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions based on laboratory findings.
