Job Description
- The Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing media content across all platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and communication. This role involves overseeing social media, digital campaigns, press releases, and internal media content to ensure consistency, creativity, and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic media and content plans for the company
- Manage all digital and traditional media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, print, etc.)
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Monitor media trends and competitor activities to keep content relevant
- Coordinate media coverage for company events, product launches, and PR opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and content creators
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Lead content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
- Supervise photography, videography, and media production for campaigns
- Support internal communication with creative materials and updates Handle media crises or negative publicity professionally and promptly

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related field
- 3+ years experience in media management, digital marketing, or related roles
- Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in media tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and engagement strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
