Location: Abuja
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Media Manager to oversee our media rental and advertising services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing equipment rentals, stage settings, advertising campaigns, and billboard placements, as well as bringing in new media business for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of equipment for rent (audio-visual, lighting, staging, etc.) and coordinate logistics for equipment delivery, setup, and pickup
- Design and implement stage settings for events and activations, collaborating with clients and event planners to understand requirements
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various media channels (print, digital, outdoor) and manage relationships with advertising partners and vendors
- Manage billboard inventory and placement, coordinating with clients to design and implement billboard campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians, coordinators, and other support staff
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the media industry, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships to drive revenue growth for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media management, advertising, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the media industry and advertising landscape
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
