Project Background
Christian Rural and Urban Development Association of Nigeria (CRUDAN) is implementing an Anticipatory Action project in Fufore to mitigate the adverse effect of riverine flooding in Fufore LGA of Adamawa state. The NHF funded project will provide life saving support for the most vulnerable households along the river bank within selected communities. This project responds directly to multisectoral priorities, particularly in areas affected by displacement, flooding, and heightened GBV risk.
Purpose of the Consultancy
We seek an experienced MEAL Consultant to provide strategic MEAL support at key points in the project lifecycle:

• At inception, to lead the beneficiary verification and registration,
Post-distribution, to conduct a Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) exercise.

The consultant will ensure quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform project design,
accountability, and learning.

Required Qualifications

Multisectoral programmes

• Proven experience conducting beneficiary registrations, and PDM
Proficiency in mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox, ODK) and statistical analysis

• Demonstrated understanding of gender, GBV, SEA, and AAP principles
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hausa or Kanuri is an advantage
