- Supervise and lead the nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and duty allocations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.
- Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor patient care standards and implement improvements where necessary.
- Handle patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure infection control, safety measures, and ethical nursing practices are followed.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a senior nurse or nursing supervisor.
- Valid nursing license and certification from a recognized body.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Master’s in Nursing or related field is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergencies.
