Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and supervision of nursing staff and operations.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, nursing standards, and patient care policies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans for patients.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance and conduct periodic training.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of nursing personnel.
• Coordinate with medical teams and departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and health safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing, incidents, and administrative reports.
Address and resolve patient or staff complaints with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 10 years total experience – a blend of hands-on nursing and supervisory/matron-level experience.
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a hospital environment.
