Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive property sales, promote brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. You must have a deep understanding of the real estate market, consumer behavior, and both digital and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote real estate products (residential, commercial, land).
- Create annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with company goals.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns using both online and offline methods.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI and sales conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
Content & Branding:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and listing content.
- Supervise digital content strategy including website updates, SEO, and social media presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Events & Promotions:
- Organize property tours, open houses, exhibitions, and real estate fairs.
- Coordinate partnership opportunities with real estate influencers, platforms, and agents.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Manage online marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Use CRM systems to segment audiences and maintain lead pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ marketing experience, at least 2 years in real estate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of property marketing strategies, trends, and real estate platforms (e.g. PropertyPro, PrivateProperty).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent content writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong project management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing network of real estate media and sales partners.
- Familiarity with Lagos or regional property markets.
- Graphic design or Canva skills are a plus.
