Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Communication and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Walure Capital’s brand presence, engage tech-savvy audiences, and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital channels, a keen eye for branding, and experience in tech-driven environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and evolve the Walure Capital brand strategy to align with company goals.
- Maintain brand integrity across all internal and external marketing communications.
- Craft compelling brand narratives for both B2B and B2C audiences in the tech space.
Marketing Campaigns & Product Launches
- Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to promote digital products, services, and investment offerings.
- Manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches and tech solutions.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize performance.
Content & Communication
- Oversee creation of marketing content including blog posts, newsletters, social media, case studies, and video scripts.
- Ensure a strong and consistent voice across all platforms—website, email, press releases, social media, etc.
- Coordinate PR initiatives and media engagement to raise brand visibility.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and improve engagement strategies.
- Lead growth marketing efforts with a focus on tech users and startup ecosystems.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and sales teams to align messaging and customer experience.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to support creative, media buying, or influencer marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communication roles (preferably in tech or startups).
- Strong knowledge of digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Proven experience in managing cross-channel marketing and storytelling in tech environments.
- Excellent content creation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with tech ecosystems, developer communities, and SaaS or fintech products.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in UI/UX or product marketing.
