J3 is an FMCG distributor. We have been in existence for over 8 years and we have branches in the followinf locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun state.

Job Position: Marketer
Job Location: Berger ,Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new customers, including direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers.
- Engage in both cold outreach and face-to-face marketing at shops and marketplaces to generate new leads and customers.
- Meet weekly targets for direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers.
- Focus on increasing sales through personal interactions and direct marketing efforts.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively explain and promote them to customers.
- Use product knowledge to address customer needs and make sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
- Report weekly on the progress of marketing efforts, including the number of new customers acquired, sales made, and feedback from customers. Highlight successful tactics and suggest areas for improvement.
- Follow the weekly marketing plans set by the Head of Marketing.
- Make sure marketing activities are aligned with business goals and target customer segments.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
