About the role
The Manufacturing Engineer II will support the Project Engineering Team with the activities listed below:
What you'll do
- Contribute to the analysis of the current non-sterile packaging cells to determine the best possible configuration to augment the capacity by incorporating a third packaging cell (hybrid configuration by merging existing cells vs. a completely new cell).
- Support the definition of the new layout for the packaging cells.
- Support the coordination of equipment and tables purchasing process and follow up invoicing.
- Support the coordination with suppliers for the delivery and installation of equipment and stations.
- Support the coordination with the Facilities Department for the preparation of utilities and installation of equipment.
- Update manufacturing, maintenance and other relevant procedures to incorporate new equipment.
- Execute IQs based on existing protocols.
- Prepare IQ Reports.
- Support the creation of Engineering Technical Reports (ETRs) to verify the correct functioning of existing recipes on the new machines.
- Other activities as agreed upon by the Liaisons listed in this Statement of Work.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 4 -8 years of experience.

Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio)
Proficient in the use of Minitab statistical analysis. - Experience with SolidWorks, ProE or Inventor, prototypes, 3D (desirable)
- Familiar with electronic management documentation.
- Spanish: Native Speaker, English: Fluent speaking, writing and reading.
