1. Lead the agency to achieve consistent superior corporate performance in line with its vision, mission and core value.
2. Support the board of directors to deliver excellent results for the benefit of all the stakeholders.
3. Drive innovation in research methodologies, technologies and deliveries.
4. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, stakeholders and industry partners.
5. Ensure efficient execution of research projects within time, budget and quality expectations.
6. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
7. Ensure all operations comply with data privacy regulations.
8. Oversee talent acquisitions, training and development strategies.
Major Requirements
1. B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Mass Communication or any other related field.
2. MBA or any other certification/higher degree will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum nine years’ experience in market research, with at least four years’ in senior leadership.
4. Proven records of managing company’s financials.
5. Tech-savvy, with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics, Tableau, CRM).
