Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead the development and execution of business plans, sales strategies, and financial operations
- Collaborate with the board of directors to define the company’s vision and long-term goals
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while identifying new market opportunities
- Manage senior leadership and guide departmental performance toward business goals
- Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, clients, and key stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior executive or CEO role
- Strong understanding of financial management, business operations, and sales strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational growth remotely
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to build and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
