Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of scheduled courses, workshops and
- other programmes.
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of custom seminars and workshops.
- Prepare and ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports on
- open seminars.
- Manage customer experience and provide necessary assistance to participants
- attending scheduled courses.
- Assist the ADLM in developing courses, content and synopsis for open seminars.
- Create, manage and update training courses/participants’ database regularly.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Maintain ongoing relationships with participants and their organisations.
- Regularly track and ensure payments of the participation fee from clients’
- organisations
- Participate in preparing L&D proposals for clients.
- Participate in the circulation of open and foreign seminars calendars.
- Provide support to the ADLM in ensuring the smooth delivery of the department’s
- operational activities.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Learning & Development, including at least 3 years in a managerial role—preferably in a professional or membership-based institute.
- Previous L&D marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Professional Memberships: Must be a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and/or any related recognized professional body.
- Proven experience in learning and development operations.
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and planning
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
