The Machine Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the dehulling machine, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality dehulling of grains in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have technical aptitude, an eye for quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the dehulling machine during production cycles.
- Ensure correct setup, calibration, and adjustment of the machine before and during operation.
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or irregularities.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Ensure quality and consistency in the dehulled product by following company standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company operational guidelines.
- Assist in loading raw materials and packaging of finished goods.
- Record machine operation and production data as required. Collaborate with the quality assurance and warehouse teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering, Technical/Vocational Studies, or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience operating industrial machines (experience with a dehulling machine is an added
- advantage).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow operating procedures and work under minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse/production environment.
- Must reside in or be willing to work from Ikorodu, Lagos .

- Safety-conscious and reliable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn and improve technical knowledge.
