Responsibilities:

• Handles regulatory and compliance matters: to ensure that all documentation related to compliance with regulatory bodies is available and up to date
• Maintain corporate records, including board minutes and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices.
• Drafting and Review of contracts; can draft or review contracts and assist in drafting where necessary.
• Ensuring that office documents are available, up to date, and properly filed.
• Ensuring processes are improved to continually enable overall business efficiency.
• Provide secretarial services to the Board of Directors, including preparing meeting materials and minutes.
• General legal Research of new and existing laws.
• Coordinate board meetings, annual general meetings(AGMs), and other corporate meetings.
• Dealing with correspondence, collating information, and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to Teasy’s company shareholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of shareholders’ agreement, addendum to the agreement for new shareholders, Issuance of Share certificates, and Stock transfer forms
• Monitor regulatory changes and updates.
• Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, on behalf of Teasy
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on corporate law, governance, and compliance matters.
• Selection and appointment of external legal counsel
Drafting of internal memoranda depending on the level and magnitude of matters involved

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience
• LLB Degree is required
