Job Description/Requirements
This Purpose Of This Role Will Be To
Manage capacity and manage Services contract Delivery Quality Assurance, ensuring effective and efficient deployment and operations of network resources for attainment of optimal Network service Quality.
Enforce contract adherence by partners, managing vendors to deliver on agreed capacity and Quality standards.
Responsible for MC Capacity deployment and MS Quality KPI validations, reconciliations and signoffs.
Ensure that all Regulatory reports are delivered within timeline and with the attendant accuracy.
