About the Role:
We are looking for a Law Enforcement Agency Liason Officer to serve as a liaison between our organization and external law enforcement and regulatory bodies such as EFCC, DSS, NPF, CBN, and others. The ideal candidate will manage legal requests, investigations, subpoenas, wallet freezes, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interactions with law enforcement and regulators
- Handle subpoenas, official letters, and wallet/account actions
- Collaborate with internal Compliance, Legal, AML, and Fraud teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and case logs Support internal investigations and generate timely reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a fintech or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and Nigerian legal/regulatory structures
- Excellent communication and documentation skills Certifications (e.g., CFE, CAMS) are an added advantage
