Job position: Laundry Business Development Manager( Hybrid)

Our client is a fast‑growing, laundry brand serving residential and corporate clients across Lagos. As we expand our footprint in Surulere and neighbouring districts, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to unlock new revenue streams, grow strategic partnerships, and position us as the go‑to laundry solution within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify and close B2B and B2C opportunities (hostels, gyms, salons, corporates, estates).

Partnerships: Negotiate and manage collaborations with event management partners, restaurants, hotels, etc

Sales Pipeline: Build, track, and report on leads using CRM tools; meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

Customer Insights: Analyse demand trends to influence pricing, promos, and service bundles.

Brand Visibility: Work with the marketing team to plan activations, digital campaigns, and referral programmes.

Account Management: Ensure high retention and satisfaction among key accounts through regular check‑ins and upselling.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in business development, sales, or account management (FMCG, hospitality, or service industry preferred).

Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and building partnerships.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Comfortable with a hybrid work, on‑the‑ground prospecting, and occasional weekend activations.

Tech‑savvy: familiar with CRM software and Microsoft/Google workspace tools.
Knowledge of market dynamics is a big plus.
