Job Title: Laundry Sales Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 (Monthly)
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Laundry Sales Manager to join our team in Surulere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base, building lasting relationships, and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Supervise and train sales staff (where applicable).
- Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the laundry or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside in or around Surulere or be willing to work in the area.
