Your tasks
— Drive Supply Chain Management excellence by streamlining processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key performance metrics include: Driving inventory turnover, Reducing dead stock levels, Maintaining high stock availability and achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) improvement.
— Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive Strategic Purchasing, Material Management and Operations initiatives.
— Monitor open sales orders, shutdowns, Analysis of Customer/Distributor SLA’s and stocking requirements/forecasting including KIC products to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and cost savings.
— Drive strategic buying and inventory management initiatives, including developing and distributing quarterly inventory reports to Finance, highlighting excess, non-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory across all stock groups and locations.
— Monitoring and managing inventory levels, including stock take reconciliation and SAP adjustments.
— Driving process improvements and training operational colleagues to minimize risk and optimize supply chain operations.
Your profile
— Degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, Business Administration, and other relevant field with 5 to 7 years of experience
— Strong inventory management with forecasting and planning focus
— Excellent communication and Negotiation skills
— Proficient in SAP & MS Office tools
— Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
— Problem solving and people management skills
— Attention to detail
