Job Description/Requirements
Role Summary
Support the Chef in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, measuring).
Assist in cooking and plating meals.
Maintain clean and organized kitchen spaces.
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Assist with receiving and storing supplies.
Requirements
Minimum SSCE
Skilled in Nigerian local dishes and tribal soups (Calabar, Hausa, Igbo).
Ability to cook intercontinental dishes (advantage).
Must know how to prepare common snacks: meat pie, doughnut, fish/beef roll, small chops, club sandwich, croissant, scotch egg, etc.
Hard-working, fast, clean in the kitchen.
Work with minimum supervision
Must reside within the Oshodi, Mushin, Ajao Estate, or Mafoluku axis.
