Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering tailored technology solutions to meet client needs. The role involves managing key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Understand clients’ business needs, industry trends, and challenges to provide strategic solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Develop account strategies and sales plans to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and product teams) to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on account health and revenue performance.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and renewals to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position FPG as a trusted partner.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 4–6 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in IT solutions or technology industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
