Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations are managed, and relationships are nurtured. You will help retain clients, coordinate with internal teams to deliver services, and identify opportunities to upsell or expand accounts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start-to-service transition.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of services in alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor account performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell services or expand accounts. Keep accurate records of all interactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or client services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of PR, marketing, or media services is an advantage. Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
