Foreign Trade / Key Accounts Officer

Job Description

• Responsible for foreign customer development activities, expertly take care of export orders from start to finish.
• Manage order inquiries and quotations from new and existing customers;
• Have an in-depth understanding of industry trends both locally & internationally, and indispensable insights into product pricing movements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitoring account performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with key clients.
• Providing regular reports on account activity and performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in foreign trade/key accounts officer, expertise in key accounts order follow-up.
• BSc/BA or HND in business administration, sales or relevant field.
• International Trade Knowledge:Understanding of export/import procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations.
• Key Account Management Skills:Relationship building, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and potentially other languages.
• Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Computer Skills:Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant applications.
• Financial Acumen:Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.

Salary
N280,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
