As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our team in the Northern region and seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join us.


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients in the Northern region of Nigeria. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets across Prime Powerco's renewable energy and infrastructure services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Northern region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company.
  • Provide solutions and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales forecasts in the CRM.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Northern Nigerian market and customer base.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
