Job Title: Administrative Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise and support junior administrative personnel.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation systems.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office calendars.
- Support onboarding and training of new administrative staff.
- Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of administrative support with departmental needs.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
