Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations across all our stores. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock management, minimize losses, and support seamless retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end inventory processes, including stock tracking, replenishment, and auditing.
- Utilize Shopify and other inventory management software to monitor stock levels and generate reports.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure optimal inventory allocation and availability.
- Implement strategies to reduce stockouts, overstocking, and wastage.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to guide procurement decisions.
- Train and supervise inventory staff to uphold best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail.
- Proficiency in Shopify and other inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
