Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual International Business Officer to support and oversee facility management (FM) operations across Francophone countries where the company has a presence. S/he will ensure smooth coordination, client engagement, and operational excellence in line with the company’s international business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate FM operations across assigned Francophone countries.
- Serve as the primary liaison between local FM teams and the head office.
- Support business development initiatives and partnerships in Francophone regions.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational assessments to ensure best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on country performance, client satisfaction, and business opportunities.
- Assist in translating documents, proposals, and communications between French and English as required.
- Participate in tender preparation and proposal development for potential projects in Francophone markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, HR, finance, and compliance, for regional coordination. Provide regular reports and insights to management on regional performance and challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related business role with international exposure.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to various Francophone countries as needed.
- Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of MS Application suites
