- Develop and implement the national expansion strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate new locations for our outlets based on market research, foot traffic, demographics, and competitive landscape.
- Lead site acquisition, lease negotiations, and relationship management with landlords and property agents.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely launch of new outlets.
- Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and performance projections for potential sites.
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations across existing outlets, ensuring optimal functionality and cost-efficiency.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and manage repairs to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all locations.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility-related services, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish emergency response protocols and business continuity plans for all outlets.
- Lead and develop a team of expansion and facility specialists, project managers, and on-site coordinators.
- Track key KPIs including store rollout timelines, facility uptime, maintenance costs, and CAPEX performance.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on expansion progress, risks, and facility operations.
