Job Opening: Sales Executive – HEIRS Insurance Group
HEIRS Insurance Group is seeking smart, driven, and resilient individuals to join our sales team. The salespeople will market and sell our full range of products—Life Insurance, Investment Plans, Pure Protection Plans, Endowment Products, and Pensions (Annuity for Life)—to both new and existing clients, including retirees, corporate staff, and government employees.
Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HEIRS products to individuals and organizations across Lagos State.
• Prospect and submit proposals to multinationals and corporate bodies.
• Explain policy options, guide clients in choosing suitable coverage, and update existing policies.
• Ensure prompt premium payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive awareness of life insurance benefits and develop new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• HND/BSc in any discipline (experience not required—training provided).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Resilient, teachable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
