Key Responsibilities

• Manage Clients Accounts and ensure smooth processes
• Promote and sell a wide range of insurance and savings products to individuals and businesses
• Actively generate new leads and manage sales pipelines
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
• Attend mandatory trainings, reviews, and development sessions
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all sales activities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence, professionalism, and a growth mindset
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently
Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage, but not mandator
