As we expand, we are seeking an Impact Analyst to join our team and help us measure, track, and communicate the social and financial impact of our products.
Role Overview
The Impact Analyst will play a key role in assessing the effectiveness of our lending and financial inclusion programs. This person will use data, research, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate how our fintech solutions improve financial access, customer well-being, and overall community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement impact measurement frameworks aligned with business and social objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and social performance data from products and customers.
- Develop impact dashboards, reports, and insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Business teams to ensure impact metrics are embedded into operations.
- Conduct periodic customer surveys, focus groups, and field studies to capture real-world outcomes.
- Benchmark impact results against industry standards and ESG/SDG frameworks.
- Support investor relations by providing clear and data-driven impact reports.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to maximize positive outcomes for underserved communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in impact measurement, financial inclusion, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Experience with survey design, customer research, or program evaluation.
- Understanding of financial inclusion, lending, or fintech ecosystems in emerging markets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—ability to turn data into actionable insights.
