Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with at least 2 years of experience in core HR functions.
- The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing effective HR services to employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support in payroll preparation and leave management.
- Draft HR letters, memos, and employee communications.
- Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team.
