About The Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, office administration, and employee relations. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leaves, attendance, personal information).
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food industry
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
