Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong company culture.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage HR budgets and ensure the cost-effectiveness of HR services.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics. Manage all HR Processes and employee management via Zoho HRMS Software or any similar HRMS.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a strategic HR management role.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management strategies.
- Ability to develop and sustain a high-performance culture through motivation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
