Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

As the HR Manager , you’ll oversee and drive the entire HR lifecycle — from people strategy, policy development, recruitment, and performance systems to employee engagement and compliance. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with leadership to align HR with the company’s growth vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning
- Design and manage performance management systems (KPIs & OKRs)
- Ensure labour law compliance and HR policy enforcement
- Manage employee relations, discipline, and engagement
- Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance
- Support department heads with workforce planning and organisational design Lead HR reporting, data tracking, and analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field (HR Certifications – CIPM, SHRM, etc. – preferred)
- 4 - 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience building HR systems from the ground up in a fast-growing company
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR compliance
- Experience with performance management tools, KPIs, and employee development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in the renewable energy, tech, or engineering sector is a strong advantage
