Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluation processes.
- Administer payroll, commissions, and staff benefits accurately and on time.
- Ensure company policies comply with labour laws and ethical standards.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management review.
- Support management with HR planning, training, and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven HR experience (real estate industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Nigerian labour laws, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Reside in Abuja, close to the Central Business District
