- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will support the HR department in implementing policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations and promptly address staff concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Provide HR reports to management as required.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job ads across platforms.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
