Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of sales and business strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts.
• Track business performance metrics and provide regular progress updates.
• Assist in negotiations and closing of deals to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain accurate client and sales records for reporting and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  
• 2–4 years’ relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Results-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
