Our client, a fast-growing and professionally-run FMCG company, with factory located in Shagamu/Ijebu-Ode axis and Head Office in Lagos Mainland, requires a brilliant, honest and diligent professional to grow with its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in analyzing business and people priorities in designated functional areas of the company.
- Implement fit-for-purpose HR strategies, plans, initiatives and solutions.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process while collaborating with the functional business unit.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Management/Social/ Physical/Life Sciences or Humanities/Law or any relevant discipline.
- A higher degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACIPM, SHRM etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of eight years’ HR experience, preferably in an FMCG, manufacturing or a multinational company.
