Role Description
We’re seeking experienced freelance HR consultants based in Nigeria to support a salary benchmarking project across multiple multinational FMCG organizations. This is a Freelance Human Resources Consultant specializing in salary benchmarking and compensation structuring. The role will involve working closely with client organizations to tailor solutions to their specific compensation challenges.
About the Project: This initiative spans several leading FMCG companies with:
- Annual revenues ranging from ₦50 billion to over ₦400 billion
- Global headquarters located in Europe, North America, and Asia, with Nigerian operations in Lagos, Ogun, and Rivers States Workforces exceeding 1,000 employees, including regional operations across West Africa
The project involves gathering and analyzing compensation data across various job families and levels, with a focus on strategic roles in sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
Ideal Consultant Profile:
- Proven experience in compensation benchmarking or HR analytics
- Familiarity with FMCG sector dynamics in Nigeria
- Ability to work independently and deliver insights within tight timelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
