Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Work Hours: 8 am- 5 pm, 9 am-6 pm; Mondays- Fridays
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented retail Executive Assistant who will be responsible for leading all backend operations, overseeing inventory and logistics, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple business units as the company transitions to a hybrid retail, aesthetic, and distribution model.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meticulously scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel and events.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, presentations, concise briefing notes, detailed reports, and essential follow-up documentation.
- Track and manage the MD’s strategic priorities and key projects, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a primary liaison between the MD and internal departments, external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Attend select meetings with or on behalf of the MD, meticulously documenting key action points and decisions.
- Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information and critical business decisions.
- Assist with the preparation and formatting of internal communications, business proposals, and various official reports.
- Oversee personal errands and ad hoc tasks that directly support the MD’s productivity and focus, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support for the smooth execution of business operations across retail, distribution, and aesthetics.
- Anticipate the needs of the MD/CEO and proactively address them to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree(s).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a dynamic startup, retail, FMCG, or beauty industry environment.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft clear, professional documents.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong initiative, proactive thinking, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to deadlines and with precision.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar).
General Conditions
- Remuneration: N300,000 – N350,000 monthly
