- Conduct HR audits and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
