Be the warm first contact at our hotel. Welcome guests, handle check-in/out, calls and reservations, resolve issues fast, and keep the front desk professional and accurate at all times.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check-in/out, verify ID, and process payments.
- Handle calls, emails, and reservations; assign rooms in the PMS.
- Coordinate room status with Housekeeping/Maintenance.
- Resolve guest queries and escalate when needed.
- Maintain cash drawer/receipts; support night audit when on late shift. Keep lobby/front desk neat; uphold grooming and service standards.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a hotel front desk or strong customer service experience.
- Clear communicator, confident phone etiquette, presentable, and polite.
- Guest-first mindset; attentive, calm under pressure, good problem solver.
- Basic PMS use and solid typing/Excel basics.
- Accurate with cash/cards; strong attention to detail.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; reliable and punctual.
