Job Description:

Hisense, a leading global electronics brand, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchandiser to join our team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent product visibility, brand representation, and dealer support across Hisense showrooms and partner retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits to Hisense showrooms and dealer locations to monitor product display, stock availability, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper product assortment, positioning, and branding in line with Hisense guidelines.
• Train retail staff and dealers on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques.
• Distribute marketing materials (POSM, banners, brochures) and ensure proper usage in stores.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement retail initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain detailed reports on store visits, stock levels, and merchandising compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in merchandising, retail sales, or brand promotion (preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG).
• Strong communication and training skills to engage with dealers and retail staff.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in English (additional local languages are a plus).
