Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Lagos. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, working with retail teams to optimize sales, and ensuring that products are presented effectively to attract customers. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and stocking shelves, maintaining product inventory, communicating with suppliers, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail environments
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
