Vacancy: Head Teacher
Location: Ketu, Lagos
A reputable Nursery and Primary School in Ketu is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced Head Teacher to lead the school into its next phase of growth and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership.
- Supervise and support teachers to ensure quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement effective school policies, curriculum, and structures.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Drive initiatives that promote discipline, innovation, and holistic child development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Ed / B.Sc (Education).
- At least 5–7 years teaching experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian curriculum.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage a committed team of teachers.
